Project and Portal Terms
These terms govern the website project MeedAgency builds for you and your use of the client project portal where you follow it.
Last updated: 19 September 2026
Who you are contracting with
The MeedAgency client project portal is operated by Afilal Mohammed. In these terms "we", "us" and "our" mean that operator, and "you" means the business the project is built for.
No payment provider is named here as the seller of your project. Payment arrangements for your project are set out in the commercial terms you accept in your portal, and no payment is taken through this website.
What we do
We design and build a website for your business, to a scope we agree with you in writing before any work begins.
Every client account is created by us after we have spoken to you. There is no public signup, nothing on this platform can be bought without written terms, and no price shown on our website becomes a contract on its own.
What the portal is
The portal is where you complete onboarding, review and accept your commercial terms, see what has been paid, follow progress, open a private development preview, send feedback, give your final approval and see your deployment status.
The portal is not a website builder, it is not production hosting, and it does not publish anything. The development preview is private to you and to us: it requires a sign-in, it is never indexed, and it is not a published website.
Features described anywhere as planned or coming later are not part of what you are buying. We do not charge for a capability that is not built.
What you pay, and when
Your project total is set in euros in the commercial terms you accept. We do not change a total after you have accepted it. If the scope changes, we prepare new terms and you decide whether to accept them.
Work begins once a deposit of 30% of the project total has been credited. A Client Project Portal fee of EUR 29.00 is charged for each project and counts toward that project's deposit: it is part of your project total and is never added on top of it. A separate project commissioned later carries its own portal fee.
The remaining balance is due in one payment before your finished website is deployed. We do not ask for it until you have given your final approval.
There is no subscription, no monthly fee and no recurring charge of any kind. Nothing is ever charged automatically, and we hold no payment method on your behalf.
Whether any tax applies to a payment is confirmed with you before that payment is requested. We do not state a tax-inclusive or tax-exclusive amount anywhere on this website.
How the work runs
You complete onboarding in the portal. We build your website and post progress updates. Once there is something to look at, you can open the development preview and send feedback or revision requests, which we review and resolve with you.
When we consider the work finished we mark the project for final review. You then give an explicit final approval in the portal. We never treat viewing the preview, giving no feedback, or time passing as approval.
If we change any page after you have approved it, your approval no longer applies. We mark the project for final review again and ask you to approve the new version. This protects you: you only ever approve the version you were actually shown.
Deployment, your hosting and your domain
You provide the hosting and the domain for your finished website. We confirm with you that they are ready before deployment.
We deploy the finished website to your hosting ourselves, as a manual operational step, once your balance is paid and your final approval stands. You cannot publish the website from the portal, and no action in the portal changes your DNS or uploads anything to your hosting.
We do not host your finished website, we do not keep it online, and we do not control it after deployment. Your hosting and domain are your own arrangements with your own providers, and any problem with them is between you and those providers.
We give no warranty about your hosting, its availability or its performance, because it is not ours.
Hosting access and credentials
Never put a password, an FTP or cPanel login, an SSH key, a database password or an API token into the portal, or into a project note, a comment, feedback, an e-mail thread or a screenshot. The portal refuses information that looks like a credential and does not store one, anywhere, in any field.
Where we need access to your hosting to deploy, share it only through a secure, temporary method we approve with you. We prefer, in this order: a one-time secret-sharing link, a temporary hosting account created specifically for us, or a temporary password that you change after deployment.
We ask only for the minimum access needed to deploy, and we use it only to deploy and support your project. We do not keep production credentials longer than necessary.
After deployment we delete the temporary credentials from our systems and remove or disable temporary access where we can. We advise you to change any password you shared with us.
The hosting readiness details in your portal hold only non-sensitive information: your domain, the name of your hosting provider, non-sensitive deployment notes and their verification status.
Your account
We create your account and send you a single-use invitation link. You choose your own password; we never send you one and never ask you for it.
Give accurate details, keep your sign-in confidential, and tell us if you think somebody else has used your account. You are responsible for activity under it.
You must be able to enter into a contract where you are, and you must be acting for a business rather than as a consumer buying for personal use.
Your content, and what you own
Everything you give us — your text, images, logo, business details and the answers in your onboarding — remains yours. You grant us only the permission we need to use it to build and deploy your website.
You are responsible for having the right to use the content you give us, and for its accuracy.
Once your project is paid in full and deployed, the website we deliver to your hosting is yours.
The portal itself, its software and its design system remain ours. Nothing in your project transfers ownership of the portal to you.
Acceptable use
You may not use the portal to publish unlawful content, to infringe someone else's rights, to attempt unauthorised access to any system, or to consume resources in a way that degrades the service for others.
We may suspend an account being used in those ways. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will tell you first and give you a chance to put it right.
Support
Official support is by e-mail at support@meedagency.com. We aim to respond within 2 business days. That is a response target, not a guaranteed resolution time. We do not offer 24/7 support unless it is separately agreed in writing.
An urgent problem that materially affects your delivered website may be prioritised.
Included support lasts 14 calendar days from the production deployment of your website. It covers bugs only. A bug is delivered functionality that does not work according to the final approved scope.
A change request is not a bug. A change request asks for new or different behaviour, design, content, a page, a feature, an integration or a configuration that was not part of the approved scope.
The included support does not cover new features, new pages, content changes, design changes, new integrations, changes to or problems with third-party services outside our control, problems with your hosting or other providers outside our control, or modifications made by you or by anyone acting for you.
After those 14 calendar days, further support and maintenance, and any change request at any time, are separate paid work unless another written support agreement exists.
Project communications
The client project portal is the record of your project: updates, feedback, approvals and project records are kept there. support@meedagency.com is our official e-mail address for support and contact.
Keep important project decisions in writing, in the portal or by e-mail to support@meedagency.com.
A message sent only through WhatsApp, social media or another informal channel is not part of the official project record unless we confirm it in the portal or by official e-mail.
If a project is paused
If you do not respond, or do not provide information we need, for 30 consecutive calendar days, we may pause your project.
A pause is not a cancellation. Delivery timelines are suspended while the project is paused.
When you return, we may reschedule the project according to our availability at that time. There is no automatic restart fee: any restart fee or additional cost must be agreed with you separately.
Refunds, cancelling a project, and ending your account
There is no subscription to cancel. You may ask in writing to cancel your project before it is deployed. Our Project Cancellation page and our Refund Policy explain how cancellation and refunds work.
In short, a full refund is never automatic. Before work starts, any refund is based on the amounts actually received, less non-refundable third-party and payment-processing costs. After work starts, we may keep the amount corresponding to the work already completed. After final deployment, project cancellation no longer applies.
Nothing in these terms limits a right you have under mandatory law, including consumer-protection law where it applies to you.
We may suspend or end access if amounts remain unpaid, if the acceptable use rules are broken, or if we are legally required to.
Liability
We provide the portal as it is. We do not warrant that it will be free of errors or that your website will produce a particular commercial result for your business.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amounts you have paid us for the project the claim relates to.
We are not liable for lost profits, lost revenue or lost business opportunity.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Morocco.
If a disagreement arises, we will both first try to resolve it amicably, in writing. If it cannot be resolved that way, it is heard by the competent courts determined by the applicable law.
Nothing in this section removes a mandatory consumer-protection right, or any other mandatory right, that you have under the law that applies to you.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms, and the date at the top will change with them. If a change materially affects your rights we will tell you before it takes effect.
A change never applies to commercial terms you have already accepted.
