We aim to respond within 2 business days. That is a response target, not a guaranteed resolution time. We do not offer 24/7 support unless it is separately agreed in writing.

An urgent problem that materially affects your delivered website may be prioritised.

After your website is deployed

Included support lasts 14 calendar days from the production deployment of your website and covers bugs only: delivered functionality that does not work according to the final approved scope. New features, pages, content, design, integrations and other change requests are separate paid work, and so is further support after those 14 days unless another written support agreement exists.

Keeping project records

Your client project portal holds your project updates, feedback, approvals and records, and our support e-mail address is our official e-mail channel. Keep important decisions in writing. Messages sent only through WhatsApp, social media or another informal channel are not part of the official project record unless we confirm them in the portal or by official e-mail.

If we do not hear from you, or do not receive information we need, for 30 consecutive calendar days, we may pause your project. A pause is not a cancellation: delivery timelines are suspended, and when you return we reschedule according to our availability. There is no automatic restart fee.

Payments and your project balance

Your project portal shows every payment request, what has been credited and what is still outstanding. Write to us with your project reference and we will answer any question about an amount.

There is no subscription and no recurring charge, so there is nothing to cancel.
