How project pricing works
MeedAgency prices each project for the client it is built for. There is no package to buy on this page: your project total, and everything that follows from it, is set out in written terms that you review and accept in your project portal.
Your project total
After discussing your project with you, MeedAgency sets its total in euros. That figure appears in your commercial terms and does not change after you accept them.
A 30% start deposit
Work on your project begins once a start deposit of 30% of the project total has been credited.
A €29.00 portal fee for each project
The Client Project Portal fee of €29.00 is charged once per project and counts toward the start deposit for that project. It is part of the project total, not an extra charge on top of it. If you commission a further project later, that project carries its own portal fee. There is no monthly subscription.
The balance before deployment
The remaining balance is due in one payment before your finished website is deployed.
A worked example
Illustrative figures only. Your own figures are set out in your terms.
- Project total: €10,000.00
- Start deposit (30%): €3,000.00
- Portal fee for this project, counted toward the deposit: €29.00
- Deposit remaining after the platform fee: €2,971.00
- Balance remaining after the full deposit: €7,000.00
In this example the client pays €10,000.00 in total. The platform fee is not added on top.
Your hosting, your domain
MeedAgency deploys your finished website to hosting and a domain that you provide. MeedAgency does not host the finished website.
Whether tax applies to a payment is confirmed before that payment is requested.
